Vintage Peppermint Schnapps by DeKuyper Tank top. Made in USA by Tar Heel Sports. 50/50. Not sure if its mens or womens, tagged as a Large but is way smaller for either sex. Please check measurements with a similar item.  Items are measured lying flat.
Width is roughly 14.5 inches from armpit to armpit.
Length is roughly 23  inches from top of tag/collar bottom to front bottom.
