Vtg Black Embroidered Skirt by Smart Set

Vintage black embroidered skirt w side zipper by Smart Set Sportswear.
There is no size tag.  The waist measures approx 22" - 22 1/2".
From the top of the waistband to the hem it is 24 1/2", however, it appears that the hem has been taken up, and may be able to be let out an additional 1 1/2".
I'd estimate the hip measurement to be about 37".
There is a 6" pleat at the back hem.
I found this in storage while cleaning out a family estate.  It has not been laundered, and may have a slight musty odor.  The button at the waistband is missing.  There are several embroidered threads that have pulled, but they could easily be tacked down. (See example in last photo).  I notice one area where the embroidered threads seem a bit lighter in certain lighting, and may need a touch up with some dye.  See photo.
