Classic ELEGANT long skirt.
High Waisted w/ waistband, back zip and a metal hook n eye.
MONTALDOS label in seam on back at the center of skirt.
Thick soft fabric.
I did a burn test to determine silk.
Additionally, it certainly feels like high end silk.
Full bodied elegant fabric. Not thin nor bulky.
No fabric content tag or designer label.
A "front" fabric label is on the inner waist band/seam which then indicated the zipper goes in center at back.
Shown on the linen manni with a 26" waist 36.5" hips and not zipped.
The silver manni had 23" waist & is clipped on her.
Research showed the MONTALDO'S label is 60s.
I am guessing this is 80s.
Waist is 25-25.5" on skirt and tag states sz 8 (a modern 8 has a 30" waist I think)
so skirt is late 60s to early 80s.
Superb construction with selvedge fabric to let out if needed.
Excellent preowned condition. No stains no odors.
