Excellent pre-owned condition, clean
. Sadly, the original tag has been cut out of the waistband so information is limited to what I discern from trying it on, locating other labels sewn into the lining and examining the fabric with my bare eye. First of all, it is mar, but it fits more like a modern day 6-8. it fits me perfectly and I wear a size 6 most of the time. When this skirt was manufactured the size may have been labeled 12, as that was the industry standard at the time for "small".
The actual measurements are as follows:
Waistline: 28" (Item is high-waisted and fits snugly across the rib cage, guaranteed to keep a silk blouse tucked in all evening). Hip: 36"; Waist to hem: 26". The skirt ends right at my knees. Depending on your height, you will get more or less coverage. Considering the fit and style, I recommend you be a little bit taller than 5"6" for an above-knee presentation, especially if you have great legs.)
Features include a full lining with the look and feel of taffeta,
a kick pleat in the back,
and two hanging straps for placement on a hanger that does not provide clips.  No pockets. The Union label and the size label are both attached inside. The recommended method of cleaning is "Dry Clean Only".
