    Description

    This true vintage 50s skirt has been well-loved and well-worn.
    There are several spots of machine mending on the waistband, especially around the buttonhole.
    Looks to be hand made. Metal zipper. Button waistband. 1 3/4" waistband. 2" hem.
    There is what looks like a brown paint stain near the hem on the right front. With the busy print, it's not really noticeably. (see photo).  The waistband fabric has been pieced.
    Soaked in Oxyclean and laundered with fragrance-free products. In overall good vintage condition.
    Marked 24 with Sharpie in the center back of the waistband, the skirt actually measures 25".
    This item is for sale from the Eau Claire Children's Theatre's Costume Shop. ECCT is a non-profit community theatre group that has been growing in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for the past 32 years. We receive many generous donations from the community, many of which we won't use on stage.
