Vintage Women’s Cotton Ruffled Square Dance Style Skirt

Description

This is a vintage 1970’s 100% cotton skirt—made in 3 tiers of black fabric. The waist is elastic and measures at 14” as it sits without stretching—seems a bit big for a “medium” size, but it was the ‘70’s! No holes or tears—will need a laundering as I have not washed it.
