Vintage quilt & velvet skirt

This skirt is awesome, I got multiple compliments whenever I wore it! Now that it doesn't fit me anymore, I want someone else to enjoy it who will appreciate such a unique piece. The alternating strips of velvet, quilt, and lace are hemmed by a lovely swath of black velvet. The waist is comfy elastic and the skirt has a petticoat attached. It is like wearing a piece of art and is so easy to pair with a black or ivory top. Finish off with some boots for infinite legs and enjoy!
