VINTAGE SIMULATED ROSE ZIRCON OCTOBER BIRTHSTONE PENDANT AND EARRINGS SET.
The heart shaped glass stones are about 6 mm in size. The gold tone chain necklace is about 18" long, 1.1 mm wide, and marked 1/20 12K GF. The earrings are also 12 GF and have a 14K gold post. The third picture is an example of what the set looks like off the card. This set was part of a larger display of birthstone items as shown in the last picture.
