* Beautiful black velvet skirt
* Williams was an African American fashion designer who was one of the first designers to have a
manufacturing facility in China; he was born in New Orleans in 1932 and passed away in 2020
* Skirt was made in the USA
* Size 4
* Acetate and rayon
* Lined
* Back zipper (hidden)
* 2 front pockets with openings in what appears to be grosgrain ribbon
* Back slit
* 2 darts on each side of the zipper in the back
* This is a skirt for a petite/thin frame - refer to measurements
* Approx. 24 1/2" waist (tiny tiny tiny); 24 1/2" length
* Approx. 16" hips - measured right below pockets
* Waist band is NOT elasticized
* Most likely from the 1970's to 1980's
* Tag reads "Made in USA" with American flag
* Comes from pet-friendly home
