    Vintage Handpainted Cotton Circle Skirt Sz S.
    This skirt is truly a work of art! I believe it is handmade. Handpainted depictions of swans and water lilies in a pond. In vibrant colors of yellow aqua purple and green. Sequins sewn throughout. Heavyweight cotton fabric. The waistband is open on 4” both sides with 2 eye hooks on one end and ties on the other which I tried to capture in one of the photos. You will definitely make a statement in this amazing skirt!
