    This soft velvety skirt is absolutely divine in a beautiful and rich dark emerald color, and it’s handmade to boot.
    The fabric is true cotton velvet- none of that synthetic velvet you see everywhere nowadays!

    Hem has a cute little detail: the underside is bordered with a little yellow lace trim.
    Based on measurements this is an XXS or a 00.

    Handmade by Lorna Orabona. I haven’t been able to find out much information about this vintage clothing brand, but the few pieces I have come across have been really nice quality. I believe it’s from the 70’s but I am not certain.
