    Description

    For your consideration is this hand painted skirt made in Mexico.  It was made by Lavable for Tel-Art in the 1950's.  This cotton skirt is 30 inches long and is a size medium.  There are two pockets
    There are imperfections.  I am not quite sure how the skirt ties at the waist.   It is a size medium but I couldn't figure out how to measure the waist.   There is a little section of the hem that has come out and there is a black spot on the inside pocket.  I don't know if that is an ink blob or a blob of paint during the painting process.
    This  is a beautiful, vintage skirt that just needs a little attention.
