Vintage 30s 40s Womens Skirt.
The color on my phone is messed up. It’s showing this as royal blue when it is actually more of a sky blue.
I believe this is a wool, maybe a wool garbardine type fabric. It’s in good condition besides one small hole on front, one hole on top of waistband and two stains. One lighter one in front and one darker one on back. Not too bad. I washed this, but maybe you can try spot treating it.
