Vintage 1960s Velour Bright Flower Power Mini Skirt

You are looking at a vintage flower power mini skirt from the 1960s. The colors are very bright. I am no expert here, but I am thinking the material is velour/velour like. I don't see any damage at all, maybe a couple of loose threads on the INSIDE of the zipper, overall in good vintage condition.  It is top and bottom stitched, with 4 belt loops and 2 stitched pockets. It has 2 gold colored buttons on the waistband. The tag inside says size 7, the skirt measures 12.5" laying flat and 18" long top to bottom. No maker's tag.
