    Beautiful Vintage 1950's Mexican hand-painted heavily sequined Black Velvet circle skirt.  Decorations are cacti with an eagle holding a snake in its beak, horses and horseshoes, a mandela and 2 different geometric patterns. Metal zipper with 2 hook & eye closure.
