Vintage 1950s hand painted and sequined Mexican velvet 2 piece dress

Description

Vintage 1950s hand painted and sequined Mexican velvet 2 piece dress.
Size zipper with button and floor length black velvet skirt with hand painted and sequined images. There is some fading to the velvet near the top of the skirt but can be covered by the top.
The top has a sequined eagle on the front and back zipper, no flaws on the top. Very few sequins that have fallen off.
