The SunStar StarGlo is the answer for spot or area heating and for total building heating needs. It is also ideal for the replacement of existing ceramic heaters, over 10 million of which have been sold in North America since the early 1950’s. The SunStar StarGlo heats like the sun by transferring radiant heat energy directly into the area to be heated and creating a warm comfort zone at the floor level. This extremely efficient method of heating can result in fuel savings of between 30% and 50% when compared to forced air convection heating.
WIDE VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS
SunStar StarGlo Ceramic heaters are ideal for many heating needs. The best applications are those where doors open and close frequently and in buildings where ceiling heights are above twelve feet. These flexible SunStar infrared heaters can meet most commercial and industrial heating needs.

This heater is not approved for any residential installation including home, residential, garage, or recreational use (mobile home, RV’s, campers, etc.). For residential garage applications sunstar recommends SIR Series vented tube heaters.

COMBUSTION AIR AND VENTILATION
Combustion air and venting requirements for all gas-fired heating equipment must be provided per the National Fuel Gas Code NFPA54 and CAN B149 or the authority having jurisdiction over the installation. Refer to Installation and Operation Instructions for further information. An indirect vented installation requires a minimum ventilation flow of 4 CFM per 1000 Btu/hr of total installed heater capacity on natural gas by either gravity or power ventilation (4.18 CFM per 1000 Btu/hr on propane). For indirect vented applications, building exhaust openings must be located above the level of the heaters and the inlet air openings must be located below the level of the heaters.
FOR YOUR SAFETY OPERATE SUNSTAR GAS INFRARED HEATERS WITH PROPER CARE AND OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. Installation and service must be performed by a licensed contractor. The installation must conform with local codes. In the absence of local codes, the installation must conform with the National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223.1 (latest edition also known as NFPA 54) or CAN B149 installation codes (latest edition). Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items for a refund within 30 days of sale. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC intact. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment; thus, the merchandise must be returned in resalable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition, undamaged, unopened, unused and uncut complete in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

Return Instructions
To return new condition items by mail, send us an email and have your packing slip or order number handy. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you'll write directly on your shipment box. Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the date of sale (see Non-Returnable Items for exceptions).
Damage may happen during shipping, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact customer service if you have received damaged goods, and we will assist you immediately.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an error on the part of Climatedoctors, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, that item is not eligible for a refund.
Products must be received at our returns processing facility before 30 days from the date of sale.
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
