The single 10 liter bowl features a transparent design for high visibility of your beverages, allowing them to be clearly identified and for their vibrant colors to add to their own merchandising appeal. This unit comes standard with a double-wall bowl design, virtually eliminating condensation on the outside of the unit and giving you a benefit right out of the box that is only offered as an upgrade with other machines. The unit's intuitive digital controls are easy to use and allow you to create custom, repeatable recipes to maintain a consistent cold and frozen beverage menu across multiple store locations. The frozen beverage control will allow you to make adjustments to product density and, by extension, temperature. It also controls the built-in timer, which allows you to pre-set your machine to automatically enter night mode, when the machine reduces the temperature of the product while keeping it at a food safe temperature. Additionally, the unit's powerful 1,100 BTU/hr compressor allows you to get frozen products back down to the desired temperature quickly after the machine has been in night mode, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
