1.It is forbidden to pour pure water directly into the refrigeration, When using the machine for the first time.（In case of freezing ）
2.The proportion of sugar in the added raw materials is not less than 13-15%, for example, 10KG water is 1.3~1.5KG sugar.
3.The concentration of sugar is too high, it is difficult to make slushy , you need to add appropriate amount of water to dilute, ice slushy occurs in about 15 minutes. The concentration of sugar is too low, and freezing is likely to occur, and an appropriate amount of sugar can be added.
