Rare Vintage 1920s Silk Fringe Skirt/Cape/Shawl Burlesque/Theater/Costume

Came across this amazing piece recently and could not resist as just divine. Won't work for me but know someone will want to show this off. It's from the 20s; not sure if originally part of a costume, burlesque act or what. It's fringe like the kind on the 20s piano shawls. But the hombre effect is fantastic. Pale sea greens, pinks, ivories that really glisten being silk. It has a tie on one top side but not the other. May want to replace waistband as not sure if originally it was meant to be seen. It even has someone's name on waistband! You could also use as a shawl/cape, especially if you put on a fancy band; I was thinking something in velvet. It is in very good vintage condition for something this age; a few places the fringe needs a bit of combing out but nothing major. Best of all it is a wearable size. Waistband is 29.25 and length is @30.5 Simply amazing piece of fashion history.
