Rare Antique Vintage Etched Art Chalice Vase Urn ~Brass Metal Pewter Plated???

Rare some type of metal chalice. I couldn't find any like it after extensive research. Plated, brass, pewter??? Any expertise out there is definitely welcome! The bottom is a metal showing through, NOT rust. I Don't see that it is bent and no rust. It's slightly heavy, so that may mean something....Approximately 8.5" tall, (opening) top diameter 4 3/4"; base is about 3 1/4" diameter.   **Shipping based on packaged weight and your zip code.
