Question 1:Why I would smell some odor when the heater is running?
Answer: We have added a protective layer to the surface of the heating plate to protect the heater from damage during shipping.So there may be slight odor only when used in the first few times. However,this heater is made of environmental protection material and fire prvention materials, it has been certified by UL.It does not contain any harmful substances and will not be ignited.
Question 2: Why does the heater still work even if I press the on/off button on the top or it is tipped over?
Answer: the heater will still blow out the wind for 20 seconds after it is turned off or tipped over. (the Indicator light and internal heating

will stop working immediately, and only the fan is still running for 20 seconds to dissipate heat.)
