Up for your consideration is a cute skirt from JCPenney.
Unsure which decade, but this sat in my mother's closet many years.
Liz Baker brand
Size 16
New with tags, but could have minor flaw I missed
Small amount of elastic in back and zipper side
Approx. 16" one way across waist with it zipped up
Approx. 38" waist to bottom of skirt
Burgandy plaid
