    Unique
    Designation CAS-25
    .........
Unique Fender Logo Offered in 1991 only as Short Run Promo. It was
not part of Fenders ongoing repeated logo
    that is most often seen.
    .............................
Included FREE is the Custom Advertising Display that features elements
true to the period style in color selection, overall design. P
    rinted on heavy card stock
much the same as similar 3 pick small displays of that period. Unfortunately Fender
never made the small display, only the larger 24 pick displays during the 1950's
and 60's. You are getting an entirely unique creation here in the display, and
all the totally authentic genuine vintage Fender picks it contains.
Please read details below about the differences between the CAS & PAS Series
    Note:
The back of the stays (slot where picks are inserted) have been reinforced
    with clear tape
minimizing the chance of the stays tearing as might otherwise
occur without the addition of this practical feature.
About the Fender Pick Card Series
There are 3 levels to this Custom Series of Displays
    Fen –
    FAS
    (Folk Art Series)
This was the first line of cards designed and are largely as much handcrafted as well as computer graphics. Many of the lines were hand drawn to make up for errors or add another dimension to the appearance. They usually occur in more accentuated and disjointed shapes. The tall tell sign is the F that is used, it is not true to the F used by Fender in the 1960’s, 70’s & 80’s and is obviously so. Because of all the hand touches and overall strangeness, it has been deemed the “Folk” art. The backs of all the Folk art series all have a stripe of tape to reinforce the pick stays.
    Fen –
    CAS
    (Commercial Art Series)
This is the first most realistic commercial grade design and 2
    nd
in the series but now using the real Fender F that was used in the 1960’s thru the 1980’s. Its details and proportions are more in line with the appearance of other 3 pick cards made from the 1950 and 60’s. Many, but not all in this series have hand cut, simple shape features. The earliest CAS cards had tape as a reinforcement for the picks stays, later that was switched to full lamination.
    Fen –
    PAS
    (Proof Art Series)
The back of the stays (slot where picks are inserted) have been reinforced
    with clear tape
minimizing the chance of the stays tearing as might otherwise
occur without the addition of this practical feature. NO glue is used.
