Item Description
Fin Clamp Baseboard Element is a multi-fin hinged hydronic heating element that is attached to existing hot water or steam pipes. It can easily be removed and relocated without cutting the pipe. It goes around the pipe and is held in place with a custom clamp. Installs in seconds. Replace missing fins and increase boiler efficiency.

Portion of existing fin tube was replaced by plumber because...

Portion of existing fin tube was replaced by plumber because of freeze up and split. Was able to disassemble Fab Tech unit to shorten it and fit over coupling plumber had added. It restored heating output of baseboard. I’m satisfied with the outcome and no draining of the heating zone.

I bought 5 feet of this product. it definitely doesnt produce the heat of regular baseboard. hindsight I should have had a contractor come in and do it the right way
