Vintage 1910s unfinished or deconstructed skirt. Plush velvety cotton fabric. Long front panel with side snaps attached to shorter back panel. The waist lining and buttons are a dark grey satiny fabric and I believe the original or finished skirt would have this same fabric as the underskirt, with this would be the overskirt. Authentic Edwardian era partial piece. Would be a great sewing project...not too complicated if you find the right fabric to go with it. And, the size is not small...the hips are approx. 48", waist is unfinished but could be made to fit around 34" to 36". Front panel is 35-3/4" long, the back panel is 18" long. Condition is very good with minor imperfections and of course, unfinished.
