Edwardian Titanic Era Heavy Linen Skirt w Scalloped Peplum Sm w- 23 - 24

This Edwardian skirt is made from a heavy linen. IT has a bias cut peplum, the bottom edge is scalloped with hand overcast embroidery. It has  wide grosgrain ribbon waistband behind the top edge of the skirt and it hooks down the back placket. The bottom of the skirt is bound with cotton bias tape, so it would be easy to hem it if you need to. The ribbon waistband is a little smaller than the measurement of the skirt, so you could make it an inch more if you add a little to the ribbon. The smallest measurement is 23 and you could get to 24 around the waist, hips are 37 1/2 and it's 40 inches in front and dips to a little train in back. The cotton yoke under the peplum is a replacement.

I've done my best to represent colors accurately, but the color on the computer monitors can vary, if I know the color is off I will describe the color to you, as in the case of many reds and purples. The measurements are approximate, I do my best to measure accurately, but placement of the measuring tape tape can be subjective. I have done my best to accurately describe this item as honestly and completely as possible, most of my items are used clothing and something may slip by, please try to understand this.
