    Beautifully made, soft and fluid velvet, 82% rayon, 18% silk, fully lined. Dark midnight navy blue. Simply styled straight short skirt, high bandless waist, back zip close. Item has been very well-maintained and has no overt flaws. Dry cleaning recommended.
