Size M  --  Like-New vintage skirt from the late 90's, worn maybe once or twice! It looks never used and perfect.
This item was purchased by me, brand new in the late 90's, one owner! The skirt was very gently worn, maybe once or twice tops. It is in MINT and like-new condition! Size M (Medium) in the 90's ran much smaller than today. Waist is roughly 29 inches. See pics closely as they are part of description.
