    Description

    This skirt measures 15'' across the waist unstretched, it measures 39’’from the top of the waist band to the bottom of the skirt when measured in the middle in back. The hem measures 50'' when fully extended.  All measurements were taken with the garment laying on a flat surface.
    If there be a discrepancy, all I ask is that you come to me first. There is no reason to involve the resolution center as I will be more than happy to resolve any issue you may have and to your satisfaction.
