    Description

    This beautiful blue, gray, black and white floral cotton skirt was most likely once part of a play or beach ensemble.
    The waist is flat in front, with pleating in back, where it fastens with two long ties.
    The flared hem is reinforced with a wide horsehair lining, enhancing the charming "tulip" effect. It's otherwise unlined.
    It measures 27" around at the waist, you could adjust the ties to make it larger, if you wanted to leave a gap at the waist, or smaller.
    It's 39" long in front, 52 1/2" long in back.
    There are about 6-7 medium-ish brown spots, I have shown most of these in the closeups. No holes, fading, or weakness.
    1920's (later), early-mid 1930's.
