ANTIQUE VICTORIAN TOP STITCHED & TULIP PRINT SWEEPING BUSTLE SKIRT

A gorgeous antique Victorian, Edwardian long, sweeping bustle skirt.  It has top stitched dots and a printed floral stripe.  The skirt has a sweeping flared flounce and fastens in the back with a hook and eye on the narrow waistband.  You can see in a couple of photos that there's a straight line tear right below the waistband and there's some thread thinning holes and thread thinning in the fabric.  The skirt is very wearable and except for what's mentioned above and shown in the photos, it's in excellent antique condition.  Measures 38 1/2" in front and 44" length in back, 24" waist.
