A Victorian Silverplate Repousse Motif Trumpet Vase by Barbour, United States, c.1890. This Vase would look exceptional while on display in an array of interior styles. The silverplate is nicely aged, showing great patina and tarnishing throughout. The flared rim and circular base are heavily decorated with a hand repousse motif. Around, you'll enjoy an array of Dutch Windmills, Figurative scenes and landscapes in fine detail. The underside of this piece is stamped Barbour Silverplate Company, International 3345.
Condition:
This Vase is nicely aged, showing strong patina and tarnishing around. The flared rim is slightly misshaped, but looks great. Mild surface scratches can be seen to the finish. This Vase stands upright and straight.
