Antique Silver Plate Trumpet Vase, tall fluted footed flower vase with a weighted base, marked on base “Sterling Weighted”, Size: 10 1/4” tall x 3 1/8” wide.
Will need polishing by the new owner.

Stands sturdily on its base (does not rock or tip).
Two 1” long dents in the fluted lip and ½” dent near the base.
Tarnished.
