Absolutely Gorgeous Antique Victorian Silver Plated Coffee & Tea,Hot Water Samovar Urn. IF IT COULD TALK,WOW WHAT HISTORY OF ELEGANT VICTORIAN PARTIES IT COULD TELL US ABOUT Stands 18" tall. It is Beautiful and ornate With lots of ornamental filigree like leaves around base of the belly,beads outlining top with a tall ornate fennial. Ornate feet sitting on carved leaves that match the etched leaves encircling the belly. with rails to a bottom center circle where the alcohol burner sits. Note that one rail bar going from foot to center has come loose and needs to be sodered. See pics..It is not noticeable and doesn't affect the function of the Urn. There is a small area of plate loss near top of the front side of the urn that you can see in pics as well as some dark spots on some of the leaves,which may or may not come off as tarnish if cleaned.. There are spots of confirmed plate loss on areas of both handles and a small spot on its removable top that does have a couple of warped areas on the outside rim around the removable top area. I believe that the burner is not the original one as it sits on top and not down into the center circle. Regaurdless of any of these issues This is the prettiest Urn that I have Ever listed. I have water tested it, and cleaned out the spout and all works as it should. PIease compare this beautiful piece of history with similar urns listed in the  0 + range..it does possibly need a better cleaning and polishing job than it currently has but I like to keep its history and let the next owner decide as to whether they want to change it.
