60's Vintage Mod suede leather vest & mini skirt set; Custom made Size Small

Vintage Mod Brown Suede leather vest  & mini skirt set;
1960s;
Custom made;
Wife wore it 1969 through 71.  Baby born July 1971 (she's 50 now!).
Wife was 5' 2"; weighed 106; Measured 34 26 33 (before baby).
Skirt is 20 wide" at bottom hem; Waist 10" wide and expands to 13" wide;
Skirt is 17" long from waist to bottom hem.
Vest is 14" wide at bottom; 14" wide at shoulder; 8.5" from bottom of armpit to bottom edge;
back is 15" long; front is 17" long from top to bottom of points.
Weight is 8.9 oz. for vest and 10.3 oz. for skirt.
Is fully lined; has two lined pockets on vest and two lined pockets on skirt.
Zipper, buttons, and belts intact and fully operational.
No tears, holes, or significant visible stains.  There is a rust stain from a safety pin on hem of skirt liner.
