Taylor 430-12 Air Cooled Single Flavor Frozen Beverage Machine
This is an excellent condition Taylor model 430-12 countertop air-cooled frozen beverage machine, manufactured in 2012. Excellent condition, very low hours, fully tested, works perfectly. Machine is air cooled so does not require any water connections at all. Makes any frozen beverages including Shakes, Cocktails, Margaritas, Smoothies, Cappuccinos, Coffees, Fruit Drinks, etc. Freezing cylinder holds 4 quarts of product (3.8 liters), and top hopper holds 14 quarts of product (13.2 liters). Easy to use thickness control allows the operator to adjust the thickness of the product depending on the type of frozen beverage they are making. Indicator lights show when mix is needed to be added. Switch allows you to go into "Wash" mode where you can clean out the cylinder. Machine is approved for Dairy and Non-Dairy beverages. MIX HOPPER: One, 14 quart (13.2 liter). Refrigerated to maintain mix below 41ºF (5ºC). Approved for dairy and non-dairy products.
INDICATOR LIGHTS: Add Mix light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
AUTOMATIC CONSISTENCY CONTROL: A specially designed viscosity control automatically maintains superior product quality. An adjustable control allows the operator to serve a wide variety of frozen beverages at the desired thickness.
