First Known OA contingent patches for Woapalanne Chapters annual Philmont trip in the winter for  1991-1996. During each January, OA members flew into Amarillo Airport, drove rented cars to Philmont and participated in the winter “Kanik”program. In all, OA members and Scouts from 3 OA Chapters participated.
The entire set of Philmont "Kanik" program that has now changed its name to Winter Philmont so this set is now rare and unique.
